2010 Awards

2010 awards from the National Beekeepers’ Association included first placings in two sections for our Manuka and Kamahi honey and a second place for our Native Bush honey.

Seasonal Varieties

We rely on nature, so our honey is seasonal. Each year we have a varied harvest which can include Manuka, Native Bush, Kamahi, Autumn Gold, Clover and Honeydew.

Bee Pollen

We also harvest bee pollen which is a great source of vitamins. We have pollen traps on our hives between September and March. Our pollen is frozen, dried then cleaned, and kept as granules (not encapsulated). (more…)
